…a deep and disciplined approach to refining and effectively building your home to get you what you want … and more
DYNAMIC BUDGET - A base budget will establish the goal for your project. This budget will then be updated weekly as the project progresses and actual costs are posted. It will be available to review by you on the internet. Progress updates and photos will also be included.
SERENITY BUILDING PROCESS
COST TO BENEFIT – The Goal: The best quality, the best cost, in the quickest time. We work to find the most effective combination of these factors in building your home. All relationships are totally transparent (no back door kickbacks) and we are happy to provide you copies of multiple bids whenever requested.
TIME LINE – A critical path timeline will be developed and updated as phases are completed. This will allow you to see and understand timeline issues (special order materials delivery, scheduling, weather, 3rd party approvals, etc) as they happen and how they effect the projected move in date.
